	I have a dialog box with several vertical scroll bar controls with unique
identifiers.  The problem is that Windows never sends my dialog procedure a message when a scroll bar is selected.  Are my controls too small or what?
I have no clue as to why this happens.  Please respond via email.  Thank you.
