Organization: Worcester Polytechnic Institute Lines: 23 hi there, Two questions: 1) How do you have windows display the output of a non-windows application in a window, like a compiler, etc.... I'm looking for something similar to what happens when you make a PIF for the DOSPROMPT thing that specifies output going to a window. 2) Im having trouble using the printeraas described in the Software Development Books. I have tried printing to the printer (HPLaserjet III and Apple Laserprinter) over a network(LANtastic) and directly from the machine, but the driver or something is converting all the tabs into funny characters. Strangely enough this doesnt happen if I use the filemanager or the notepad to printout. any idea on what im dong wrong? pogo -- Chris Gual | I'de put a disclaimer here The Real-Time Intelligent Systems Corporation | if I thought _anyone_ Transmitting live through: pogo@wpi.wpi.edu | cared about my opinions
