Has anyone programmed the MPU-401 (and compatible) MIDI interfaces in a 
Windows 3.0 program?  I'm using a basic MPU program that works fine under DOS,
but when I convert it to a Windows program,  it never sends/receives MIDI
messages.  I assume that Windows is trapping the I/O messages, but I don't
know how to get around this.

Any help would be MUCH appreciated.  Please e-mail and I'll post responses if
anyone's interested.
