Under OpenWindows 2.0, running an X client built using the ICS Motif
1.1 libraries ...

I create a main window using UIL (yes, I admit it UIL).  After the
MrmFetchWidget, I manage the main window widget, give it height, and 
then I map the widget.  I have to give the height outside the UIL
file.

This works fine everywhere except under OpenWindows (which fails
when the main window is managed).  I am currently re-bulding with
the height as a creation callback from inside the UIL file.

Any other suggestions?
