I recently talked to Neuron Data about their Interface Builder.
Price:

 $10,000 for a one-person USABLE development system
 $2,500 for each additional seat - ie floating liscense

The upshot, way to costly. Other interactive user GUI tools
will supplant them.

The system looked good, but the cost was to limiting a factor. I couldn't/
wouldn't sell it to management.
