This is the best price I've seen lately. It's from: Closed Caption Video Service Building F, 115 Route 46 Mountain Lakes, NJ 07046 They're also offering a "buy one - get one free" deal on captioned video movies, and will throw in a free video movie if you buy a decoder from them. The TeleCaption 4000 decoder is widely available elsewhere for around $180, and NCI has been offering a $20 rebate but I'm unsure if that is still available. Also, I hear that Zenith expects to have TVs with built-in decoders available by year end. Soon the built-in decoder will be required on most TVs. If you do not care to invest in a decoder you might be able to borrow one. ...
