And the only guy--or the first guy killed--was the elderly man who used a wheelchair. Now, one could say that he took risks by being so outspoken and not cooperating fully with his captors. And that's why he was shot. One could say he was disabled and vulnerable--that's why he was shot . . . Don't know. But I can assure you that I, personally, would have to evaluate the situation and preserve my life as much as I could.
