I, too, have also discontinued all pain medication. Use only exercise,TENS, and distraction. Interesting that the rainy weather exascerbates your pain. It does the same to me. I have lived all my life in Cleveland. Last winter I moved to Phoenix to avoid the rain and snow and help my pain. It worked somewhat. The pain was there just not as bad unless a cold front moved through. I have been trying to determine what it is exactly about the weather that bothers me--- the temperature, humidity, precipation, or barometric pressure. Maybe a combination of some or all.
