I am using VISTA from Telesensory Systems for large print display.
I do not have the voice portion, although TS does offer such an
option. I suspect that the stuff I am using would work with other
voice programs as well, but I don't know.

I will be glad to go into more detail with anyone who might be interested.

(I have no connection with Telesensory Systems except as a user of their
hardware/software).
