Gruyere or other cheese Beat egg with a whisk; blend in flour; blend in mayonnaise and milk. Fold in cheese, crab and onion. Fill shell. Bake 45 minutes at 350. NOTE - I mentioned this recipe in a response to what to do with fiddleheads, because you can substitute whatever filling you want, just keeping the egg, mayo, flour and milk the same. Jeff Sidell
