I love far east food (chinese, indonesian, vietnamese, ...), but being
a vegetarian I have can't follow most recipe books. I would appreciate
if you can send me vegetarian recipes (with approp. substitutions if
necessary). Also, recipes of spicy dishes preferred.

VEGETARIAN : NO meat, no poultry, no seafood (diary products ok)
