That is ridiculous.  The application form had procedure for applying for
one never received.  At least try that.  But that sure hints at they know
they might be losing them.

I'm hearing the timing is 4 to 8 weeks.  Mine's been in for almost 2 weeks
so I have a while longer to wait.
