Now that people have been using YACs and cosmids for awhile, does anyone
have any more accurate information about how the genetic and physical maps
relate to each other.  The last number I heard was 1 map unit = 140 kb
Has this turned out to be anywhere near the truth?  Thanks, Allison Wilson
