After hybridization the single-strand nonsense tail is digested with S1 nuclease and the oligo gel-separated. Does anybody have a reference for this method, or better still, a detailed protocol? Thanks in advance. ******************************************************************************** George Murphy |Snailmail: Molecular Genetics, JANET:murphy@uk.ac.afrc.jii | Cambridge Laboratory, INTERNET:murphy%jii.afrc.ac.uk@cunyvm.cuny.edu | JI Centre for Plant EARN/BITNET:murphy%jii.afrc.ac.uk@UKACRL | Science Research, | Colney Lane, Telephone: +44 603 52571 | Norwich NR4 7UJ, Fax: +44 603 502270 | U.K. ********************************************************************************
