Hi, I intend to go to the IJCNN'91 in Singapore (Nov 18-21).
Is there anybody going from Australia or Melbourne? If there is,
what sort of travel/lodging arrangements do you have?
Basically, I am looking for the cheapest package to fly over there
( and perhaps to Kuala Lumpur as well ).
Maybe if there is enough people going, a group booking may be cheaper.
