Yes, there is one.  It's called CLISP which stands for C Language Integrated
Production System.  CLISP was originally written in C - and  so is the latest
Version (5.0).  However CLISP 4.3 the previous version was completely
rewritten in Ada.  The price is about $312 U.S.
