The TC++/BC++ bug report is available via anonymous ftp from
sun.soe.clarkson.edu [128.153.12.3] in ~ftp/pub/Turbo-C++/bug-report

I have a chrontab entry that posts a copy of the bug report on the first
of every month, so you should be seeing it in a week and a half.
