INFORMIX has recently stated that it's INFORMIX-OnLine 4.10 release
is the first DBMS to meet the National Institute of Standards and
Technology (NIST) SQL DBMS standard (FIPS 127.1).

Does anyone know if this standard is supported by a program test
suite and, if so, is this code available via ftp from anywhere (or
can it be purchased from NIST)?  Thanks in advance for your help.
