	I recently caught part of an ad on TV by AT&T promoting a new (?) 
service, whereby one can call an 800 number from a public phone and
leave a message that will be delivered to another party.  I assume
your credit card will be billed.

	Does anyone have any further information on this service? Are
there any competitors to this service? What about user interfaces
(does the service require an operator), billing, and limitations
(inter/intra LATA)?  Is this only available to public phone users?

Any information would be helpful.
