As I recall, there is a converter available from Symbolics Inc. for doing just
that. It is called S-Convert, and it was released with the Version 4.1 upgrade
of the S-group software. I read it in Computer Graphics World August 89, BTW.
It covered Truevision Type 2 format actually, so whether that refers to Targa,
I'm not sure.
