   Just  to  let  you out there know that TopSpeed have now produced a
V3.1, I found this out while enquiring as to where the  TSR  libraries
were on my TechKit.

   It should be noted that to update this I have to update EVERYTHING,
Enviroment,  Modula_2 and TechKit. Whether this means thay have solved
some of the problems I don't know.
