I don't know the patch-id (they never told me), .... This is because it never was an "official" patch. Tell your HP support rep that you want "hpfcse:~{ftp,uucp}/UNSUPP/[38]00-7.0/libnfs.a" and if his eyes don't glaze over, you may have a chance of getting it.
