I would like to thank every one who responded to my request for
including seperate files in a single TROFF command.  I have had some
success but more so found out some limitations and bugs in our system.

Bottom line:

.so method and soelim command is good but in conjunction with the
"refer" preprocessor and me macros caused some problem.

The cat file?|tbl|eqn|troff .... seems to be the easy fix for the
problem.

Once again thanks you have been of great help.  I may one day put all
the responses I got back in the news so as to help another desperate
soul like myself.
