For those who don't know it, RxTools is a function host for ARexx that
adds GUI capabilities to ARexx programs.  It's built around an object
oriented system and is quite extensive.  A review appears in the AmigaWorld
Tech Journal #3.... One thing that's neat about it is its extensive use
of the INTERPRET instruction...

(As far as I can tell, this is the first commercial extension to ARexx
that is available, so in a sense RxTools is breaking new ground...)
