I recognize that this could very well be due to the way I have configured ELM at my site and my ignorance of how mail headers are defined and used, but I don't see what I have done wrong at this point. Some help would be appreciated. When replying to a mail message from someone on the local machine, ELM is using the From: header field to get the return address. A typical From: header field might look like this: From: don The return reply uses the address in angle brackets which is then interpreted by ELM to be a remote machine and ELM therefor uses the remote signature. This is the crux of the problem. I would like it to use the local signature because it is indeed a local address. How can I change this behaviour? Your help is much appreciated. Donald D.
