        I guess our customers write more than a one line message 99% of 
        the time. We do customer support via e-mail and usually the 
        questions need explaining to some extent.
        
        Not sure if anyone is using WordPerfect, I doubt it. It may be a 
        hog. 95% use the text mode of Lyrix, the rest MS Word. Lyrix is 
        easy and fast. Even those who upgraded to WORD still use the 
        lyrix text mode for mail and news. Takes about a second or so to 
        bring it up.
