I would have deliver.post look at the final mail address, and if the first hop was to a batched site inject it into a news group (say to.batchsite) and DROP it from the mail. 2. The /usr/lib/mail/sys entry at the receiving site would look something like 'tomail:to.batchsite::rmail unbatchmail' 3. When the global deliver routine sees the 'To: ununbatchmail' it can extract the real 'To: ...' from the header and send it on its merry way. Am I missing something here? This wouldn't require any new software and really minimal processing by deliver.
