I am in the preliminary stages of setting up a small (but no doubt a
growing) mail/netnews site.  Does anyone have the current rates (or
a source where I can get them) for the "big" backbone feed sites,
like UUNET and PSI?

I am somewhat of a novice and this will be a learning experience.
Any hints appreciated.  I do have a moderate understanding of Unix
systems, based upon almost 4 years of working with it.  I also have
the Nutshell books to help me learn.

Please don't inundate me with too much info at first, as I am just
considering the connect rates facet at this point.
