Now, I have a couple of specific questions, and please forgive if I sound naive. - Does the access will be at the anonymous(or member name)-FTP level, or like a fee-paying service as a commercial site? If the fee is the policy in study to make available this service, is it going to be more expensive than the regular fee to get the tapes/disks? - Are the regular fees to obtain stuff from the Library going to be increased in a substantial way to mantain this new service?
