The rest of the boot process fails and the drive light stays on. If I try to reinstall it does the same thing when I reach the partition step ?? setup is as follows >> 1542b SCSI host adapt. 2 80 meg drives partitioned as follows SCSI i.d. 0 --- C: ( one large partition ) SCSI i.d. 1 --- D: ( primary dos partition ) SCSI i.d. 1 --- E: ( extended with logical F:,G: ) SCSI i.d. 1 --- ( Coherent partition ) DR Dos 5.0 on the C: drive Stacker coprocessor recently installed along with the two logical partitions F: and G: after Coherent had previously been installed but Coherent still ran fine ?? I don't know what triggered this problem but I am hoping that my worst fears will not be realized. (i.e. the need to completely reorganize not only drive i.d. 1 Coherent but "everything" )-: aaaaahhhhhgggggg!!!!! Mark Moorcroft (sevenup@netcom.COM)
