My combination of MS-DOS 5.0, DOS=HIGH (or HIGH=DOS, I never remember), HIMEM.SYS, SMARTDRV.SYS, CP antivirus, CP Mirror, etc from PCTools V7 caused CPBACKUP from V7 to crash. The solution turns out to be use PC-CACHE rather than SMARTDRV.SYS.
