Message-ID: <2904@pdxgate.UUCP> Date: 21 Jun 91 08:08:46 GMT Sender: news@pdxgate.UUCP Lines: 15 Any good recommendations for general 286/386 native modem programming books you know of? I had Dr. Dobb's 80286/80386 Toolbook as a good title, but M&T no longer prints it (too many people liked it, I guess). I want something that discusses topics related to protected and virtual mode [synonymous?] programming without half of the book devoted to giving me yet another copy of the entire instruction set and MS-DOS interrupt listings (as I have seen so many others do) Thanx. -e.b. ============================================================================== Eric Berggren | "Life is a Turing Test; Computer Science/Eng. | We're all automatons!" ericb@eecs.cs.pdx.edu | - (click, whir, buzz, chirp)
