The following book is for sale and is in very good condition:

Graphical User Interfaces with Turbo C++ by Ted Faison
This book is put out by SAMS and comes with a disk containing the
source code that is described in the book.

The book retails for $29.95; I'm selling for $20 (includes shipping).

If anyone is also interested in purchasing Turbo C++ Professional v1.01
leave me an offer. I'm following my heart and will be programming in
Modula-2 from now on; so I am starting to sell my C books and might
sell the language if I get a reasonable offer. TC++ comes with assembler
and debugger as well as the language.
