Just for info, the Chorus micro-kernel supports lightweight kernel level
threads. Our multi-server version of Unix (called MiX) has been extended
to allow multi-threaded unix processes. We have initial versions of chorus
on multi-processor architecture.

We have adpated the GNU debugger (GDB) to deal with this. There is a
report/doc but no paper.
