I understand you are planning a special session on cellular
automata for Oct 30, 1991 in London, England.  The VLSI Design and
Test Group at UVic has done a great deal of work on the use of cellular
automata in the built-in self-test of digital circuits.  We are interested
in submitting a paper on that subject.

However, it is a long and somewhat expensive trip to London.  Is this
session in conjunction with another conference or workshop that would
help to justify the trip?
