Yes, they might select what is in the archive, but I would hope that any commercial provider would also "select" what they archive. Different archivers would potentially select different overlapping sets. The Library of Congress is an archive, along with the National Archives. Both contain docuements which are unique to the archive and which are duplicated by other libraries or archives. Why should software be any different? dennis
