Of late, there have been several manufacturers that have announced Systems
Network Architecture transport over internet backbones - Cisco and Wellfleet
come to mind.

Is anyone aware of any other manufacturers providing this capability?  I am
particularly interested in the performance aspects of this capability.  I am
writing a paper comparing the various options.
