Hi!

My archive is somewhat rotten that I had lost the permission package.
Unfortunately, I don't know the author's name. The one only thing I
can recover, is a file named examples/cpsc.ucalgary.ca. The whole
package seemed to interesting in the security field. It was posted in
the last 4-5 weeks. Is there an archive where I can find it?
