I would like to have some information on the Portable Bitmap
format that is used in some windowing/graphics systems for
storing icons.  This format is used, in particular, in newer
versions of MGR (I have it on an AT&T 3b1).  If there is
publicly available code for reading and dispalying icons in
thsi format for pcs, 3b1s, or X-based Unix systems, I'd be
interested in seeing this as well.  Thanks very much.
