IT IS CHEAPER to buy it from the US after it was dumped there... Thing is, I hear that EVERYTHING is Japan is priced about 250% than it would be in the United States. So if they did have an open market, they (The giant Japanese corperate culture) will have to compete with products that could cost 250% less than theirs....They can't have that....
