There were two stairs (at least) from level 4, the unbuttoned door 
is a oneway door from one of them.
a) there is a lock in the area where the floor open when you walk
unlock it and enter the door to get to another lock (2 gold keys).
Enter the teleporter.
You are able to open a way down in the room with many teleporters.
