Message-ID: <1640@h.cs.wvu.wvnet.edu> Date: 21 Jun 91 19:43:35 GMT Sender: news@cs.wvu.wvnet.edu Lines: 22 Howdy Net!! I have a buncha 24 bit Targa pictures that I want to animate. I can translate them to any graphics format (HAM, HAM-E) easily enough. That's not a problem. What I really need to know is: o What do I need to do to animate them? o Should they be in any certain format, size, colors, etc? o What is the format that will get the best results? o How do I combine them into an animation? o Is/Are the utilities public domain and where can I find them (FTP)?
