Message-ID: <1991Jun22.051204.8717@lynx.CS.ORST.EDU> Date: 22 Jun 91 05:12:04 GMT Sender: @lynx.CS.ORST.EDU Distribution: usa Organization: Oregon State University, Computer Science Dept Lines: 13 Nntp-Posting-Host: prism.cs.orst.edu The subject just about tells it all... Out of the DCTV manual the Introduction reads: "...digitize, paint, and display in 24-bit resolution using a palette of over 16 million colors!" Now, I keep hearing it isn't '24bit color'... For some reason, before I got one I thought it was 4million colors on the screen. (Or was someone just taking in to account the color capabilities of NTSC video. ) If anyone _really_ knows, I'd like to hear it. -Clay
