According to Commodore's guidelines, RAM expansions located in
Zorro-II space ($00000000-$00FFFFFF) must be able to respond to
Zorro-II DMA. If the board mentioned above doesn't support DMA,
then it's *BROKEN*! Tell the manufacturer to fix it or at least
to move the memory into the address range $01000000-$FFFFFFFF.
