I am lucky enough to get random bit-cell failures AT ANY TIME! My system is an OLD A2000 (with a 48-pin Agnus), A2090, and a 1 MEG ram card in the CPU slot. It WONT run a CPU accelerator card. Up until a few weeks ago, it ran with rock solid reliability, but now, it won't even load the great Anti-Lemmings demo from floppy's from a hard reset. It needs to have something (anything) running to change the memory allocation layout. At least the 2090 has never killed my Hard drive like it has done for some. Also, it seems to be running at very high temperatires inside the case - some of the chips are almost too hot to touch! (That has been happening for years, it's not a recent development.) I'd like to know what the jumpers J1 and J2 do too. -Peter PS: I am looking for some gullible person to buy this machine..
