This was the case when I ordered mine about a month ago. I didn't pay
the full amount since the dealer estimated it would take two months at
the time I ordered it.

However, about one or two weeks ago, C= apparently heeded the cries of
the dealers, and started allowing them to place as many Power-up orders
as they needed. Mine was prompty ordered from C=. Hope it gets here
pretty soon :^)
