We are having a problem with losing plots being sent to a
Tektronix 4693D plotter.  They seem to be processed by the
prsvr but never get printed out (we have already checked
that the plotter is OK).  It seems to be random - some plots
come out, others disappear.  If you re-send a plot it may come
out the next time. It's getting frustrating.  No definite
answer from the 800 number.  Any information would be
appreciated.  We are using the SR10.3 prsvr in a mixed
10.2/10.3 network.
