In order to get the work done I had to call there tech support line (which was listed in my manuals as an "800" number). Well they changed it to a "900" number, and when my phone bill came today, I found out it cost me $7.50 AAARRRGGGHHH !!! Is there nothing (other than the generousity of the folks on this and other boards) in this world that comes with "no strings attached". Just wondering? Bonk! Bonk!
