It will emulate a 2397 color graphics terminal and have file transfer as well using HP advlink protocol. The HP1000 supports Advlink filetransfers but if you insist on XMODEM your local HP1000 support will have XMODEM written in Fortran. I believe the XMODEM program has been submitted to Interex as well so you might find it on one of the Interex tapes. john@hpucph Danish Response Center
