I've only seen one program that fully emulated VT-100 (except for double-wide
characters and 132 column display... that may have changed by now):  Realia's
Video Termulator.  It was $ 90 a few years ago.  The Realia program passed every
test I've seen (with the exceptions noted above).  None of the free/shareware
programs came close.
